We all have bad days.
Every single one of us.
No matter your background or walk of life, sometimes shit happens.
Sometimes it’s something external to us.
Someone we love may receive a bad diagnosis or injury.
Something bad happens at work.
It could even be life altering stuff like a house fire, car accident, or flood, someone may have passed away.
Sometimes, though, we just feel shitty-crappy for no discernible reason.
We feel bad.
And a lot of the time that yucky “meh” feeling comes from something deeper within us.
The Law of Attraction teaches us that we create our own reality, but what do you do when you feel bad and know that feeling is creating more of that for your future?
What do you do when you want to feel good, but you’re not sure how?
Today, I share a process on how to start to get rid of that bad feeling.
And as a preview, I also mention my plan for my Serene Saturday presentation this week which will include another process known as a rampage.
No, I’m not referring to the monster movie with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. 😉
The rampage I’ll be discussing is an Abraham-Hicks process that’s basically a super charged series of affirmations that build like a crescendo.
The coolest part about these rampages is how you feel after hearing one.
Because it’s a bunch of positive affirmations that build on each other, it engenders this amazing high and happy feeling as you listen to it.
