Welcome to the Guided Meditations page.
This page contains a collection of all my guided meditations, both from my original podcast (Writing in Your Jammies) and my Create Your Empowered Self podcast. I’ve created this page for anyone who is looking to get further along in their spiritual path, because the first step to making real progress is being able to connect to your true self.
My hope is that these meditations help you to relax, center yourself, release negativity, lose weight, and develop a deeper sense of your own personal power. Empowerment is why I’m here, after all!
While these meditations are already a part of my podcast and can always be found on my blog and podcasting page, I felt inspired to create this special page for those who like to listen to nothing but the meditations themselves.
You’ll find no intros or outros on this page, like you do on my podcasts. These are nothing but pure, calming meditations from start to finish.
Guided meditations have been the cornerstone of my own transformation, and I’m thrilled to be able to share these with my podcast listeners, website visitors, and anyone else who’s interested.
I will continue to update this page as I create new podcasts, they’re ordered newest to oldest. Anytime I share a meditation on my podcast, I will strip it down to its bare essence and share it here as well.
As with any meditation, I ask that you listen to these at a time that it is safe to do so. Closing your eyes is a basic part of all these meditations, so please keep your safety and the safety of others in mind.
