Miracle Meditation: Podcast 24
Close your eyes and listen to my voice as my words flow one into another.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Don’t change the way you’re breathing, simply notice the sensations of inhaling and exhaling.
Your breath is a miracle just as your body is a miracle.
Just as YOU are a miracle.
Living in a human body as a spiritual being – as you are doing right now – is also a miracle.
The way every cell in your body repairs itself, healing any damage, filling you with good health and peace… that too is a miracle.
Picture that in your mind, your cells dividing, reproducing, evolving and changing.
You can evolve and change as well if you choose to.
Your life is a series of choices and decisions that have led you to this moment.
This moment where you are listening to my voice and paying attention to your breath as it goes in and out.
What a magnificent miracle you are!
Do you realize that?
You are connected to the divine.
And if you choose to, you can let that divine power within guide you into the life of your dreams.
You are worth that life.
You are worth all good things.
You deserve that life you’ve been wanting, that life you’ve been dreaming of.
Part of you is already aware of this.
Listen to that part of yourself.
That part is your inner guidance, your inner wisdom.
Your guidance can lead you to exactly where it is you need to go.
Your guidance can help you determine the best direction.
Listen for that voice, for that miracle.
The voice will sound like your voice, only you’ll begin to understand that it’s not you.
This voice is all wisdom, all joy, all love and all light.
Tune in to this voice and you’ll never have to feel alone again.
You’ll never have to wonder which way to go again.
You’ll never have that lost feeling again.
Your inner guidance is always there, always guiding, always loving.
It always has your back.
So listen for that voice that sounds like you, but knows things you didn’t know you knew.
Listen for it, and watch what happens.
Watch for the miracles that will then flow into your life in a beautiful flood.
Now, bring your attention back to your breath.
In and out, in and out.
You feel good.
You feel wonderful!
And once you feel ready, you will open your eyes, feeling filled to the brim with all those happy and comforting thoughts.
Carry those thoughts with you throughout your day, watching for the miracles to manifest.
Come back to this meditation as often as you’d like.
Daily repetition of this meditation can help you keep those happy feelings flowing through you more often.
Now, with one last deep breath, open your eyes.
